Return policy:
Refunds are offered for purchases returned within seven days from the date of delivery, sale items excluded. The item must be in the same condition as received and a receipt of purchase must be provided. Refunds are only available for on-line purchases. Shipping charges are not subject to refunds.
Exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of delivery with a receipt providing proof of purchase, sale items excluded. If no other items interest you at the time of the exchange, a store credit will be issued and will be valid for use on-line or for an in-store purchase. Store credits have no expiration. Shipping charges are not subject to credit value.
Items returned without a receipt may be subject to decreases in exchange or credit value.
Sale items may be exchanged up to seven days from the date of delivery with a receipt providing proof of purchase. Sale items are not subject to refunds. Shipping policy:
We ship in-stock items from our warehouse within 24-hours of credit approval.
Orders received after 12PM EST, on weekends or on holidays will be shipped
the following business day. You will be notified regarding backordered
items and expected delays. Allow 7 days for regular shipping.
Express shipping options are also available on orders shipped within the
continental United States. (Overnight shipping is not available to residents
of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or for large or bulky items). Overnight
packages will be delivered the following business day.
Exchanged items may be subject to additional shipping costs.
Orders shipped to IN, CO, OH, WA, KY, GA, MI, AZ, IL, and MO are subject to the state's sales
tax.
Rates for regular shipping (7 days) to addresses in the United States
are based upon the total cost of your merchandise.

and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys" fees,
arising out of the use of PitayaOnline by End User.
- Trademarks.
Pitaya and PitayaOnline.com URL and each of their logos are trademarks
of Pitaya Interactive Company. All rights reserved. All other trademarks
appearing on Pitaya are the property of their respective owners.
- Third Party Information.
Pitaya is a distributor (and not a publisher) of content supplied by
third parties. Accordingly, Pitaya has no more editorial control over
such content than does a public library, bookstore, or newsstand. Any
opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information
or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information
providers, End Users or any other user of PitayaOnline, are those of
the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of Pitaya. Neither
Pitaya nor any third-party provider of information guarantees the accuracy,
